How to Make Lipton Onion Soup Meatloaf
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9x5 loaf pan by using cooking spray or lining it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. Combine in a large bowl the ground beef, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, beaten egg, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix gently until everything is just combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into your prepared loaf pan or form it into a classic loaf shape on a baking sheet. Smooth out the top.
  4. Prepare the sweet ketchup glaze by mixing together ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard in a small bowl. Spread this topping evenly over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Rest the meatloaf for 5-8 minutes before slicing, allowing the juices to redistribute.
