Making the Sandwich
- Season your chicken breasts with your favorite spices and cook in a skillet over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F. Slice them into pieces once cooked.
- Cut your ripe avocados in half, remove the pit, and slice them into thin pieces. Sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent browning.
- Toast your 8 slices of bread until golden brown and crisp.
- Layer your toasted bread with chicken, avocado, and fresh veggies. Drizzle on the creamy sauce if desired and top with another slice of bread.
