- Combine ripe mangoes, fresh lime juice, chili powder, ground cumin (if using), honey, water, and a pinch of salt in a blender. Blend until completely smooth.

- Place sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Run warm water over the molds to loosen the pops before serving.
