Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine ripe mangoes, fresh lime juice, chili powder, ground cumin (if using), honey, water, and a pinch of salt in a blender. Blend until completely smooth.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or spice as needed.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Place sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Run warm water over the molds to loosen the pops before serving.
  6. Sprinkle with Tajín seasoning before serving, if desired.
