  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened for easy blending

  • 12 oz White Chocolate For coating

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Crush Golden Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or sealed bag with a rolling pin.
  2. Combine crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese in a bowl and blend until smooth.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls, chilling the mixture if too sticky.
  4. Refrigerate the formed balls for 15 minutes on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Melt white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and allow excess chocolate to drain off.
  7. Sprinkle tops with Mardi Gras sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
  8. Refrigerate coated balls for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate sets.
