Preparation
- Crush Golden Oreos into fine crumbs using a food processor or sealed bag with a rolling pin.
- Combine crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese in a bowl and blend until smooth.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls, chilling the mixture if too sticky.
- Refrigerate the formed balls for 15 minutes on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt white chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate and allow excess chocolate to drain off.
- Sprinkle tops with Mardi Gras sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet.
- Refrigerate coated balls for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate sets.
