Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Mix the filling by combining cooked turkey, 1 cup of sour cream, 2 teaspoons of taco seasoning, 1/2 can of cream of mushroom soup, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
- Spoon equal portions of the turkey mixture onto each flour tortilla and roll them up tightly.
- Place the rolled tortillas seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
- Combine the remaining sour cream, taco seasoning, and cream of mushroom soup in a separate bowl and spread this over the tortillas.
- Top with remaining shredded cheddar cheese, chopped onion, salsa, and sliced olives.
- Bake the roll-ups in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
