Preparing the Meatloaf
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Cook and crumble the bacon until crispy; set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chili sauce, bacon, cheddar cheese, panko, eggs, onion powder, seasoned salt, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard; mix gently.
- Divide the mixture into 8 portions and form them into round loaves with a small depression in each.
- Brush BBQ sauce over the tops of the loaves.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Switch to broil and brown the tops for an additional 2-5 minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
