- Preheat Oven: Begin by setting your oven to 350°F (175°C). While it heats, spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray to prepare for these adorable meatloafs.
- Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, gently combine the ground beef, finely minced onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, seasoning salt, garlic powder, and ½ cup of ketchup. Use your hands to mix, being careful not to overmix to maintain tenderness.
- Prepare Glaze: In a separate bowl, whisk together the remaining ¼ cup of ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard. Spoon this mixture evenly over the meat mixture in each muffin tin.
