Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan well.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the melted butter and vegetable oil to the mashed bananas and stir until well combined.
  4. Stir in the granulated sugar and brown sugar, then add the eggs, mixing until smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just incorporated.
  7. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips carefully.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  9. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
