How to Make Cinnamon Swirl Banana Bread Muffins
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your muffin tin by lining it with muffin liners or greasing it lightly.

- Mash the ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth; then mix in the eggs and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Fold the dry ingredients gently into the banana mixture until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
- Mix the brown sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl to create the swirl mixture.
- Fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with the batter, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top and swirl it gently with a toothpick.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
