- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, stirring occasionally, for about 5-7 minutes.
- Once the beef is browned, drain excess fat and add the finely diced onion. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent.

- Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes until tender yet still slightly crunchy.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes. Pour this sauce over the beef and cabbage.
- Finish by garnishing with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds just before serving.
