Making the Brownie Bites

- Let the brownie bites sit for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the butter until fluffy, then gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
- Mix in the green gel food coloring until you achieve the desired hue.
- Spread the frosting into the craters of each brownie.
- Press candy eyeballs into the center of each frosted brownie before the frosting sets.
- Let the decorated brownie bites sit for about 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
