Method
 

Making the Brownie Bites
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the fudge brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Stir until just combined.
  3. Spoon the brownie batter into the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
  4. After baking, gently press down the center of each brownie with a small spoon to form a crater.
  5. Let the brownie bites sit for 10-15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. In a mixing bowl, beat the butter until fluffy, then gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until smooth.
  7. Mix in the green gel food coloring until you achieve the desired hue.
  8. Spread the frosting into the craters of each brownie.
  9. Press candy eyeballs into the center of each frosted brownie before the frosting sets.
  10. Let the decorated brownie bites sit for about 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
