- Boil the chicken breasts in a pot of water for about 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked. Once done, shred the chicken using two forks.
- Combine the shredded chicken with the cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, and chopped green onions in a large mixing bowl. Stir well until everything is creamy and fully mixed.
- Mix in 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until the texture is thick yet creamy.
- Transfer the chicken mixture to a greased baking dish, evenly spreading it out. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
