  • 3 pieces large boneless skinless chicken breasts
For the Creamy Base
  • 8 ounces cream cheese cubed
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup hot sauce adjust for spice level
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
For the Finish
  • 0.5 cup green onions chopped
  • 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese shredded and divided
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded and divided

Method
 

  1. Boil the chicken breasts in a pot of water for about 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked. Once done, shred the chicken using two forks.
  2. Combine the shredded chicken with the cream cheese, ranch dressing, hot sauce, black pepper, garlic powder, and chopped green onions in a large mixing bowl. Stir well until everything is creamy and fully mixed.
  3. Mix in 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until the texture is thick yet creamy.
  4. Transfer the chicken mixture to a greased baking dish, evenly spreading it out. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
