How to Make Carnivore Pizza Muffins
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin well.
- Whisk the eggs in a large mixing bowl until pale and frothy, about 1 minute.
- Add the heavy cream to the eggs and whisk until smooth.
- Fold in the mozzarella, parmesan, cooked ground meat, pepperoni, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and optional bacon.
- Fill each muffin cup about ¾ full with the mixture.
- Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Cool the muffins for 5 minutes in the tin before transferring to a wire rack.
