How to Make Carnivore Pizza Muffins
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin well.
  2. Whisk the eggs in a large mixing bowl until pale and frothy, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the heavy cream to the eggs and whisk until smooth.
  4. Fold in the mozzarella, parmesan, cooked ground meat, pepperoni, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and optional bacon.
  5. Fill each muffin cup about ¾ full with the mixture.
  6. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  7. Cool the muffins for 5 minutes in the tin before transferring to a wire rack.
