- Season your chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dredge them in flour, shaking off excess.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat until the butter bubbles.
- Cook chicken in the skillet until golden brown on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add chicken broth, lemon juice, and capers. Bring to a simmer.
- Return chicken to the skillet, simmer for 5 minutes until heated through.
