Cooking Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the chicken by dipping each breast in the egg substitute, then dredge them in flour.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sauté the chicken breasts until golden brown, approximately 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer the browned chicken to a baking dish.
- Combine remaining olive oil, white wine or chicken broth, lemon juice, minced garlic, hot pepper sauce, and salt in the skillet; bring to a simmer.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
