How to Make Cinnamon Banana Bread Muffins
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin by lining it with paper liners.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas thoroughly in a mixing bowl using a fork.
  3. Combine the melted butter with the mashed bananas, stirring until well mixed.
  4. Add baking soda and salt to the banana mixture, mixing well.
  5. Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  6. Blend in the all-purpose flour and ground cinnamon, stirring gently until just combined.
  7. Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
