- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin tin by lining it with paper liners.
- Mash the ripe bananas thoroughly in a mixing bowl using a fork.
- Combine the melted butter with the mashed bananas, stirring until well mixed.
- Add baking soda and salt to the banana mixture, mixing well.
- Stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- Blend in the all-purpose flour and ground cinnamon, stirring gently until just combined.
- Scoop the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
