How to Make Football Cupcakes
- Preheat your oven as per the package instructions. Bake the chocolate cupcakes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean, about 18-20 minutes. Let them cool completely on a wire rack.
- Once cooled, grab a piping bag fitted with a large star tip. Pipe the chocolate frosting onto the cupcakes, moving back and forth to create a fun football shape.
- Carefully take your white writing gel and create the laces on each frosted cupcake with two parallel lines down the center and small horizontal lines across.
- Allow the frosting to firm up a bit at room temperature before serving. Store in a cupcake carrier or airtight container.
