Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the beef with olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes to enhance the flavors.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and diced bell pepper and sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the marinated beef to the skillet. Cook until browned on all sides, around 5-8 minutes.
  4. Pour in the beef broth, making sure to scrape any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
  5. Bring everything to a simmer, cover, and reduce the heat to low. Let it cook for about 30 minutes, or until the beef is tender.
  6. Adjust salt, pepper, or lemon juice as needed for the perfect balance.
  7. Dish the Greek Beef into bowls, garnishing with fresh parsley and served with lemon wedges.
