Ingredients
  

Turkey
  • 14 to 16 pounds Turkey Choose a size that suits your gathering.
Glaze
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1.5 teaspoons Dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
Stuffing
  • 1/2 cup Butter, cubed Essential for sautéing vegetables.
  • 2 cups Chopped onion
  • 1.5 cups Chopped celery
  • 12 cups Unseasoned stuffing cubes or dry bread cubes Gluten-free options available.
  • 1 tablespoon Poultry seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons Chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 3/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 3.25 to 3.75 cups Boiling water

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare your turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry with paper towels.
  2. Mix the glaze ingredients by combining honey, Dijon mustard, dried rosemary, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Brush the honey-Dijon glaze all over the turkey, covering every inch.
  4. Melt the butter in a separate pot over medium heat until light golden.
  5. Sauté chopped onion and celery in the melted butter until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Combine sautéed vegetables, stuffing cubes, poultry seasoning, chicken bouillon granules, pepper, dried rosemary, lemon-pepper seasoning, and salt in a large bowl.
  7. Pour boiling water over the stuffing mixture, stirring well.
  8. Stuff your turkey with the prepared stuffing mixture, pressing lightly to fit.
  9. Roast the turkey in a preheated oven, basting every 30-45 minutes until it reaches 165°F.
