Preparation
- Prepare your turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry with paper towels.
- Mix the glaze ingredients by combining honey, Dijon mustard, dried rosemary, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush the honey-Dijon glaze all over the turkey, covering every inch.
- Melt the butter in a separate pot over medium heat until light golden.
- Sauté chopped onion and celery in the melted butter until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Combine sautéed vegetables, stuffing cubes, poultry seasoning, chicken bouillon granules, pepper, dried rosemary, lemon-pepper seasoning, and salt in a large bowl.
- Pour boiling water over the stuffing mixture, stirring well.
- Stuff your turkey with the prepared stuffing mixture, pressing lightly to fit.
- Roast the turkey in a preheated oven, basting every 30-45 minutes until it reaches 165°F.
