How to Make Turkey Melt with Cheddar, Spinach, and Bacon
  1. Spread honey mustard on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Layer white cheddar cheese, deli turkey, tomato slices, baby spinach, and cooked bacon on four slices.
  3. Top with the remaining slices of bread, mustard side down.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  5. Place the sandwiches in the skillet once the butter is melted.
  6. Cook until golden brown on one side, about 3-4 minutes, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
