How to Make Yaki Udon Noodle
- Prepare the Noodles: Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set them aside.
- Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned for about 5-7 minutes, then remove and set aside.
- Stir-Fry the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until softened but still crunchy.
- Combine Everything: Return the cooked chicken to the pan, then add the prepared udon noodles, soy sauce, and vegetable broth. Toss together for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Add Garlic & Garnish: Stir in the minced garlic for the last minute of cooking and top with freshly chopped green onions before serving.
- Serve & Enjoy: Plate the Yaki Udon and drizzle with additional soy sauce if desired.
