  • 1 lb Boneless Chicken Breast can substitute with beef or turkey
For the Vegetables
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced thinly
  • 1 cup Carrots julienned or thinly sliced
  • 3 stalks Green Onions chopped finely
For the Flavors
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce low-sodium recommended
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil for cooking
  • 1 cup Vegetable Broth to enhance flavor
  • 3 cloves Garlic Cloves minced

How to Make Yaki Udon Noodle
  1. Prepare the Noodles: Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set them aside.
  2. Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned for about 5-7 minutes, then remove and set aside.
  3. Stir-Fry the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the bell peppers and carrots. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until softened but still crunchy.
  4. Combine Everything: Return the cooked chicken to the pan, then add the prepared udon noodles, soy sauce, and vegetable broth. Toss together for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Add Garlic & Garnish: Stir in the minced garlic for the last minute of cooking and top with freshly chopped green onions before serving.
  6. Serve & Enjoy: Plate the Yaki Udon and drizzle with additional soy sauce if desired.
