How to Make Neapolitan Cake
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare three round cake pans by greasing them or lining with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix eggs, milk, and vanilla extract, then gradually combine with dry mixture.
  4. Divide the batter into three bowls, adding melted chocolate to one, pureed strawberries to a second, and leaving the last plain.
  5. Pour each batter into its respective pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, spread cream cheese frosting between layers and cover the entire cake with frosting.
