How to Make Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together softened unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl until smooth and fluffy—about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add vanilla extract and beat in the large eggs one at a time.
  4. Whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Gradually incorporate the dry mixture into the wet ingredients without overmixing.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips gently with a spatula.
  7. Scoop a tablespoon of dough, flatten it slightly, and add a dollop of Nutella to the center. Wrap the dough around the Nutella to form a ball.
  8. Place the cookie dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
