  • 0.67 cup Soy Sauce or low-sodium/tamari
  • 0.5 cup Brown Sugar or honey/maple syrup
  • 0.5 tsp Ground Mustard or Dijon
  • 1 tsp Ground Ginger or fresh ginger
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic
  • 3.5 cups Water essential for cooking noodles
For Sautéing
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil or sesame oil
For Garnish
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds optional

How to Make One-Pot Teriyaki Noodles
  1. In a large pan, warm the olive oil over medium heat. Add cubed chicken and sauté for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  2. Toss in the shredded cabbage and carrots. Cook for an additional 3 minutes until they soften.
  3. Pour in the soy sauce, brown sugar, ground mustard, ginger, and garlic powder. Mix well to coat the chicken and vegetables.
  4. Add spaghetti and water. Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes until noodles are tender.
  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let sit for a few minutes before serving.
