Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, milk, diced onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and gently place it in a baking dish.
- Mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and ground mustard in a separate bowl.
- Spread this glaze generously over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
