Method
 

Preparation

  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and gently place it in a baking dish.
  4. Mix together the ketchup, brown sugar, and ground mustard in a separate bowl.
  5. Spread this glaze generously over the top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
