How to Make Oreo Banana Bread
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
- Add the granulated sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract; mix until fully incorporated.
- Sprinkle in the baking soda and salt; stir gently.
- Fold in the all-purpose flour gradually, mixing until just combined.
- Gently incorporate 10 crushed Oreos into the batter.
- Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
- Sprinkle the remaining 4 crushed Oreos on top.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
