How to Make Oreo Banana Bread
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  3. Stir in the melted butter until well combined.
  4. Add the granulated sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract; mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Sprinkle in the baking soda and salt; stir gently.
  6. Fold in the all-purpose flour gradually, mixing until just combined.
  7. Gently incorporate 10 crushed Oreos into the batter.
  8. Pour the batter into your prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
  9. Sprinkle the remaining 4 crushed Oreos on top.
  10. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
