How to Make Oreo Banana Bread
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease or line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl using a fork or a potato masher, aiming for a smooth consistency.
- Stir in the melted butter until fully combined.
- Mix in the granulated sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until everything is well integrated.
- Sprinkle in the baking soda and a pinch of salt, mixing well.
- Fold in the all-purpose flour gently until just combined.
- Add 10 crushed Oreo cookies into the batter, leaving some larger chunks for texture.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle the remaining 4 crushed Oreos on top.
- Bake the bread in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool the bread in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
