How to Make Pasta Chips
- Boil the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain the pasta without rinsing to keep the starch, which helps with coating.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta with olive oil, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and sea salt. Toss gently until each piece is beautifully coated.
