Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Stir until just mixed.
  4. Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared pan or shape it into a loaf on a lined baking sheet. Press it down evenly.
  5. Bake for 45-55 minutes until a meat thermometer reads 160°F (71°C).
  6. For extra flavor, brush ketchup or BBQ sauce on top during the last 10 minutes of baking.
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
