  • 3 stalks Green Onions Chives are a good alternative.

Directions
  1. Cook Chicken: Start by searing chicken breast in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. Sauté Vegetables: In the same pan, add diced garlic, onion, and red bell pepper. Sauté until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Prepare Rice: Add the rinsed jasmine rice to the pan along with chicken broth, soy sauce, and grated ginger. Stir to combine.
  4. Combine Ingredients: Return the cooked chicken and diced pineapple to the pan. Cover and let it simmer until the rice is tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  5. Finish and Garnish: Fluff the rice with a fork and serve your dish garnished with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
