How to Make Pioneer Woman's Classic Meatloaf
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet or loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Combine in a large mixing bowl the ground beef, ground pork, chopped bell pepper, onion, minced garlic, crushed crackers, milk, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and paprika. Gently mix to keep the meatloaf tender.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on the prepared baking sheet or in the loaf pan.
  4. Prepare the glaze by mixing ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread over the formed meatloaf.
  5. Bake for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Rest the meatloaf for at least 10 minutes before slicing to maintain moisture.
