  • 4 medium potatoes sliced thin
  • 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
Creamy Sauce
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup heart of the dish
  • 1/2 cup milk just a splash for consistency
  • to taste salt essential for seasoning
  • to taste pepper essential for seasoning

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Layer the thinly sliced potatoes in a baking dish.
  3. Place the pork chops on top of the potatoes.
  4. Mix the cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and milk in a bowl. Pour this mixture over the pork chops.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the chops are cooked through.
