Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Layer the thinly sliced potatoes in a baking dish.
- Place the pork chops on top of the potatoes.
- Mix the cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and milk in a bowl. Pour this mixture over the pork chops.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the chops are cooked through.
