  • 12 buns King's Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns
  • 1 medium Jalapeño pepper, seeded and sliced remove seeds for less heat
  • 6 slices Thick-cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup French's crispy fried onions
  • 1/2 cup Cowboy butter omit lemon for perfect complement

How to Make Pretzel Cowboy Sliders
  1. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, diced yellow onion, minced garlic, and stir in the hamburger seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoned salt.
  2. Using your hands, shape the mixture into small patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  3. Grill or pan-fry the patties over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Slice the King's Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns and place a cooked patty on each. Top with jalapeño slices, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and crispy fried onions.
  5. Drizzle melted cowboy butter over the assembled sliders before serving.
