Preparation
  1. Whisk together the soy glaze. In a bowl, combine the low-sodium soy sauce, vegetable broth, maple syrup, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Mix well until smooth, creating a luscious glaze.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced chicken breast and sprinkle with kosher salt. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the chicken is browned and fully cooked.
  3. Add flavors by tossing in black pepper, chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent, and the garlic releases its wonderful aroma.
  4. Incorporate the broccoli. Add the broccoli florets to the pan and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp and vibrant green.
  5. Coat the stir-fry with the soy glaze. Pour it over the cooked ingredients and give everything a gentle stir for about 2-3 minutes, ensuring each piece is coated beautifully with the glaze.
