How to Make Pizza Pasta Casserole
  1. Cook the Pasta: Start by boiling the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Aim for al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Season It Up: Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and kosher salt. Stir well and let the spices infuse for about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the Veggies: Toss in the chopped pepperoni, diced green bell pepper, and diced onion. Cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  5. Combine with Sauce and Pasta: Pour in the marinara sauce and stir in the cooked rotini pasta. Mix well until everything is coated.
