- Toss in minced garlic, bouillon, and Italian seasoning. Stir for about 1 minute until the mixture becomes aromatic.
- Incorporate the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in marinara sauce and let it come to a simmer. Cook for approximately 8 minutes.
- Adjust seasonings with salt and pepper to your liking. Fold in the cooked pasta, ensuring every piece is coated in the sauce.
- Stir in chopped parsley and grated parmesan for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts beautifully.
