- Heat vegetable oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet, crumbling it as it cooks. Brown for about 3-5 minutes until fully cooked.
- Pour in your sauce mixture along with chopped green onions. Stir to combine all flavors and let simmer for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
