  • 1 cup Juice Fresh fruit juice like orange or apple
  • 2 tablespoons Sweetener Honey or agave syrup

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Yogurt

  • 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut

How to Make Rainbow Popsicles
  1. Blend each fruit separately with a splash of juice until smooth and vibrant.
  2. In popsicle molds, alternate layers of different fruit blends and freeze for 1-2 hours.
  3. Add a layer of unsweetened coconut milk or yogurt once the layers are set.
  4. Freeze completely for at least 4-6 hours, or until fully frozen.
  5. To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
