Preparation Steps
- Cook the tri-color rotini pasta according to package instructions, usually boiling for 8-10 minutes. Drain and let it cool completely.
- Combine in a large bowl the cooled pasta, finely diced red bell pepper, chopped cucumber, and broccoli florets. Toss gently until evenly distributed.
- Mix together in a separate bowl the sour cream, mayo, and ranch seasoning until well combined.
