  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar Other vinegars may change flavor.
  • ½ teaspoon Thyme Dried oregano or rosemary can be used as substitutes.
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic Can use garlic powder (½ teaspoon) if needed.

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Season the pork chops generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Place the pork chops in the hot skillet and fry for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix raspberry preserves, balsamic vinegar, thyme, and minced garlic.
  5. Pour the raspberry mixture into the same skillet and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Return the pork chops to the skillet and cook for an additional minute on each side.
  7. Serve the chops hot, drizzling extra raspberry glaze over the top.
