Cooking Instructions

  3. Layer the sliced red onion and Honeycrisp apples in a baking dish.
  4. Arrange the seasoned chicken thighs on top of the apples and onions.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and add additional rosemary sprigs.
  6. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
