How to Make Sausage Egg Breakfast Roll-Ups
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage links until they are nicely crumbled and golden. Be sure to drain any excess grease to avoid sogginess.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk, seasoning with salt and pepper. Pour into the same skillet and cook over medium-low heat, stirring gently until just set and fluffy.
  3. Lay out the crescent roll dough on a baking sheet. Spoon the sausage mixture onto each triangle, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and carefully roll them up starting from the wider end.
  4. Preheat your oven and bake the assembled roll-ups according to the crescent dough package instructions, about 12-15 minutes, until they are golden brown and flaky.
