  4. Cook Ground Beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add the lean ground beef and cook for 8-10 minutes, seasoning until no pink remains.
  5. Prepare Sauce: In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, sweet pickle relish, white vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.
