Preparation
- Place your boneless, skinless chicken breasts between two layers of plastic wrap. Gently pound them to a uniform 1/4-inch thickness.
- In a shallow dish, arrange the chicken and generously pour the mojo marinade over it. Sprinkle in the sazon completa and marinate for about 20 minutes.
- Heat the neutral oil or unsalted butter in a griddle, grill pan, or large skillet over medium heat.
- Once hot, carefully remove the chicken from the marinade, shaking off any excess and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Once cooked, plate the chicken and consider topping it with sliced sautéed onions. Serve alongside white rice, black beans, or sweet plantains.
