  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 cup mojo marinade citrus-garlic blend
  • 2 teaspoons homemade sazon completa traditional spice blend
For Cooking
  • 2-3 tablespoons neutral oil or unsalted butter for cooking
  • 1 cup sliced sautéed onions optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place your boneless, skinless chicken breasts between two layers of plastic wrap. Gently pound them to a uniform 1/4-inch thickness.
  2. In a shallow dish, arrange the chicken and generously pour the mojo marinade over it. Sprinkle in the sazon completa and marinate for about 20 minutes.
  3. Heat the neutral oil or unsalted butter in a griddle, grill pan, or large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Once hot, carefully remove the chicken from the marinade, shaking off any excess and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Once cooked, plate the chicken and consider topping it with sliced sautéed onions. Serve alongside white rice, black beans, or sweet plantains.
