Method
 

Steps
  1. Melt butter in a medium-sized Dutch oven over medium-high heat for about 1-2 minutes until it starts to foam.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant for about 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Stir in flour and On Everything All-Purpose Blend until combined. Cook for another minute to form a roux.
  4. Gradually pour in the chicken stock while whisking constantly to prevent lumps. Continue stirring until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Mix in the heavy cream, chopped kale, shredded chicken, and gnocchi. Stir gently to combine.
  6. Allow the soup to simmer on low for 10-12 minutes until gnocchi floats to the top and is tender.
  7. Add freshly-grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy. Turn off the heat.
  8. Ladle into bowls and serve immediately, optionally garnished with extra cheese and crusty bread or salad.
