Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the plastic cover from the brie cheese and place it back in its wooden box.
- Make shallow cuts in a criss-cross pattern on the top of the brie.
- Tuck thin slices of garlic into the scored cuts, add fresh thyme sprigs, and drizzle with black truffle oil.
- Place the brie in its box on a baking dish and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes; serve warm with crackers and crostini.
