Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove the plastic cover from the brie cheese and place it back in its wooden box.
  3. Make shallow cuts in a criss-cross pattern on the top of the brie.
  4. Tuck thin slices of garlic into the scored cuts, add fresh thyme sprigs, and drizzle with black truffle oil.
  5. Place the brie in its box on a baking dish and bake for about 15 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes; serve warm with crackers and crostini.
