Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet or grease a loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, finely diced onion, minced garlic, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, fresh parsley, fresh thyme, salt, and black pepper. Gently mix until just combined.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it on the baking sheet or into the greased loaf pan.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together ketchup, Dijon mustard, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Spoon half of the glaze over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake the meatloaf for about 45 minutes.
- After 45 minutes, apply the remaining glaze on top and return to the oven for an additional 25-30 minutes.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
