How to Make Asian Steak Bites
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, and grated ginger until smooth and fully combined.
  2. Cut the beef sirloin into bite-sized pieces. Toss them in the prepared marinade, making sure every piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over high heat and add a drizzle of oil. Sear the marinated beef in batches until browned on all sides, about 4-5 minutes.
  4. In the last minute of cooking, stir in the chopped green onions.
