How to Make Asian Steak Bites
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, and grated ginger until smooth and fully combined.
- Cut the beef sirloin into bite-sized pieces. Toss them in the prepared marinade, making sure every piece is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over high heat and add a drizzle of oil. Sear the marinated beef in batches until browned on all sides, about 4-5 minutes.
- In the last minute of cooking, stir in the chopped green onions.
- Remove the skillet from heat, drizzle with sesame oil if desired, and serve over rice or noodles.
