How to Make Savory Caprese Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, olive oil, and Greek yogurt until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring gently until no dry flour remains. Fold in the mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh basil.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
