- In a bowl, mix Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken breasts evenly with this mixture for a flavorful base.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and sear each side for 2 minutes until they turn golden brown. Remove them from the skillet.
- Reduce the heat and add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 1-2 minutes, stirring frequently until they become fragrant and translucent.
